Booking
⦁ Booking, Travel, and Cancellation PolicyService Call Fee: A non-refundable $175 Service Call Fee is required to schedule and dispatch our mobile technician. This covers travel up to our standard mileage radius and the initial diagnostic assessment.
Labor/Parts
⦁ Hourly Labor: On-site repair labor is billed at $175 per hour, with a one-hour minimum, plus the cost of materials and parts. ⦁ Parts Orders: 100% upfront payment is required for all special-order or non-stock parts before ordering and scheduling a return installation visit.
Cancellations
⦁ Cancellation Policy: Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the $175 Service Call Fee.
